This notice covers the Andy website, andysend.com. The controller is Andy Send Payments Inc, a Delaware corporation. Questions and requests: support@andysend.com.

This site collects almost nothing. There are no accounts, no forms, no analytics scripts, and no advertising trackers.

The site is served by our hosting provider, Vercel, which receives the standard server logs any web request produces — IP address, user agent, and the page requested — used only to serve and secure the site.

Andy sets no cookies on this site.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal data, including access, correction, and deletion. Because this site stores none beyond transient server logs, there is usually nothing to act on — but you can always write to us and we will answer.

This notice will be updated at this address before the site gains any feature that collects data — for example, a waitlist.
